Our lives are lived by the use of assumptions. Some of these assumptions are visual. We hear grackles and assume they are ugly, and don’t look more closely. Or we look at paper sacks and see their utility. We assume that a lake is blue. I look hard at what’s there, and assumptions don’t 
always hold.
